Returns Are Accepted If:
- The wrong product was shipped.
- The product arrived damaged or unusable.
- The item was expired upon arrival (if applicable).
- The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.
Returns Are Often Not Accepted If:
- The bag has been opened or used.
- The customer simply changed their mind.
- The product was purchased on clearance or promotion.
- The packaging has minor cosmetic damage, but the beans are fine.
Refunds:
- Are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
- Take 7–14 business days to process after approval.
- Are refunded to the original payment method.
- Exclude shipping fees, unless the company made an error.
Return shipping is paid by the client(s) at their expense.
