Return and Refund Policy

Returns Are Accepted If:

  • The wrong product was shipped.
  • The product arrived damaged or unusable.
  • The item was expired upon arrival (if applicable).
  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.

Returns Are Often Not Accepted If:

  • The bag has been opened or used.
  • The customer simply changed their mind.
  • The product was purchased on clearance or promotion.
  • The packaging has minor cosmetic damage, but the beans are fine.

Refunds:

  • Are issued only after inspection of the returned item.
  • Take 7–14 business days to process after approval.
  • Are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Exclude shipping fees, unless the company made an error.

Return shipping is paid by the client(s) at their expense.
